About Us

In recent years, gluten free and allergy friendly products have become popular and easy to find. Several years ago, however, this was not the case, and those with dietary restrictions often went without treats or were unable to participate in food-based activities. Three families, each with 3 decades of experience in the baking industry, as well as a registered dietitian put their heads together and Freedom Gluten Free Bakery was born!  We started with what we know best, and have thus created a truly stellar doughnut for everyone to enjoy. Our products are free from gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We are also kosher certified, so as to make our product applicable to as many people as possible. Our goal was to come up with a product that tastes even better than it looks, and we have finally succeeded and are thrilled to bring our treats to the world! As we say, we are not just good for gluten free; we are good PERIOD.
